Nice piece, i like that buckler.
There are some things that you could improve though, i think that background deserves a bit more attention same as the foreground grass (photoshop has some great brushes to generate pretty decent grass).
I feel like the sword of the warrior is too close to the edge of the piece, maybe you could try to give it some space.
Finally that white haze under the warrior's crotch is taking out too much attention due to contrast.
Hope this critics don't bother you, i just think that it is a nice piece that needs a bit more love.
